Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, though there were small insects on the curtains and window sill. The service was very courteous and friendly, with a helpful staff. The location was super convenient, just a few minutes stroll to the old town square. The dining experience was good but a bit slow at times. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor issues.
During my stay, the hotel provided a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were initially warm, but the issue was promptly fixed, and the Mini-Bar and top-notch Air Conditioning were excellent. Unfortunately, there were some maintenance issues with plumbing and cabinetry. The service was fantastic, with helpful and cheerful staff available anytime. The location was perfect for relaxation and had a lovely view from the balcony. On the downside, the dining experience had some shortcomings with remnants on tables. Despite that, the hotel's facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.
The hotel is situated in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, within walking distance to all the town's attractions. The rooms, while clean and spacious, could benefit from extended hours for relaxation. The staff's exceptional care and attentiveness stood out, although there were instances of inexperienced service. The dining options presented a vast selection but may need updating, and the pool facilities offered a beautiful outdoor area for relaxation.
The hotel is located in the center of Aix-en-Province, offering a great value for the money. The rooms, though not luxurious, are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The service is friendly, and the dining experience, while good, could be improved to match a higher standard. The facility's in-house Aquabella restaurant is a nice addition, and guests can enjoy a swim in the fantastic outside pool.
